We scope setup around your business, records and workflows before you get started. The standard setup fee is waived on a 12-month plan. Month-to-month setup is quoted individually, so you know the cost before committing. There is no free trial.
Custom integrations and additional configuration can be scoped around the way your business works. They are quoted separately from your subscription and standard setup, including on the 12-month plan.
Users get the full platform, including Rebased Agents. Employees get My HR for payslips, leave, timesheets and their own details, plus their personal My Jobs view when Jobs is enabled. Broader job management follows User access and business permissions. Two advisors are included with every paid plan; advisor access does not include Agents.
Every plan includes the same Agents. Plans differ in Users, employee limits and included Usage. Business includes the owner plus 2 employees, Command includes the owner plus 6 employees, and Workforce includes the owner plus 12 employees.
You commit for 12 months and pay the subscription monthly. The standard setup fee is waived; custom integrations and additional configuration are quoted separately. There is no cooling-off period. You pay monthly for the full 12-month term and retain access throughout. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the term; there is no separate early-exit fee. Month-to-month plans cost more, with setup quoted separately, and do not have the 12-month commitment.
Upgrades apply immediately. A downgrade on a 12-month plan takes effect at the end of the term. A month-to-month downgrade takes effect at the next renewal. Business, Command and Workforce have no extra-user add-ons; choose Scale for additional Users or employees.
Each plan has one monthly Usage allowance. Extra usage is pay-as-you-go at A$0.10 per credit plus GST, with a dollar spending limit you control. Set the limit to A$0 to disable extra usage. Allowances reset monthly and do not roll over.
